2020 JURIED PHOTO EXHIBITION - CLOSED

Theme: What is your reality in the pandemic era?
In this exhibition, we hope to explore how this new normal is changing the way people think, feel, cope, and survive.
The Orange Art Foundation is excited to announce a themed juried group photography exhibition. The event is open to all forms of photographic image-making in any process or technology, current or historical. Work must be your original creation. Work that does not follow the guidelines, or is deemed not to be a faithful representation of the image submitted, will not be exhibited. Selected photographs will be displayed in the OAF gallery space at Stoodio One for approximately one month, with the opportunity to be invited for a solo show at a later date.

Anthony Haden-Guest
Anthony Haden-Guest is a writer, reporter, cartoonist, and sporadic performer. He was born in Paris, grew up in London but is long settled in New York. As a journalist he has covered wars, the art world, and celebrity culture, and his books include Bad Dreams, True Colors: The Real Life of the Art World (Grove Atlantic), The Last Party: Studio 54, Disco and the Culture of the Night (Morrow), and a recently published cartoon book Fun Times: Further Chronicles of Now.
Jonathan Goodman
Jonathan Goodman is an art writer based in New York. For more than thirty years he has written about contemporary art for such publications as Art in America, Sculpture, and fronterad (an internet publication based in Madrid). His interests include the new art of Mainland China and sculpture. He currently teaches contemporary art writing and thesis essay writing at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn.
Deborah Jack
Deborah Jack is an artist whose work is based in video/sound installation, photography, painting, and text. Her work has been exhibited at the 2014 SITE Santa Fe Biennial, Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Jersey City Museum, the Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute, the Sugar Hill Children’s Museum of Art & Storytelling, the Frost Museum at FIU, Portland Museum in Maine, and Delaware Art Museum. Residencies have included Lightwork and the Big Orbit Summer Residency. Her work has been featured and reviewed in the New York Times, Frieze, Art Burst Miami, and Hyperallergic. Deborah is currently a Professor at New Jersey City University.
Kuzma Vostrikov
Kuzma Vostrikov is an artist and filmmaker. Vostrikov’s work has been featured in numerous international exhibits and art fairs. He has also earned awards at international film festivals, and his fine art has been published in various photography books and exhibit catalogues. The artist’s work is found in international collections including the CICA Museum, Korea, The Yokyung Art Museum, Korea, and The Museum of Russian Art, New Jersey. His work has been featured in British Journal of Photography, Artnet, Aesthetic, Metal, and Juxtapoz, Numero, the New Current.
Ajuan Song
Ajuan Song is known for her innovative practice that includes analog, digital photography, and multimedia works distinguished by an experimental yet lyrical sensibility. Song also collaborates with Kuzma Vostrikov on large-scale film and photography projects that marry conceptual art and painting in an imaginative trajectory. In addition to being featured in international solo and group exhibitions, her work has been featured in a variety of publications including Juxtapoz, Whitehot, Artnet, Lens, and Hunger TV, British Journal of Photography.
